Q:How much is shipping? Our normal shipping within the Continental US 48 states is done by Fed Ex Ground and the cost is calculated at a rate of 10% of the items purchased up to $95.00. Orders over $95.00 will not be be charged a shipping fee for normal ground shipping and orders of less than $45.00 will be charged a minimum shipping fee of $5.00 for normal ground shipping. Other shipping options are available, please contact us for quotes. Shipping in or around the Kansas City area will likely be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Q: What is your return policy?  Most warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer of that particular product. We will help provide manufacturer contact information  to the best of our ability. Any merchandise that is found to have any obvious defects upon receiving it can be returned for 30 days as long as it hasn't been used.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?   Web orders are shipped within 36 hours upon receiving the order. If using another form of payment, products are shipped when payment clears the bank. We normally use ground shipping but other options are available for an additional charge. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

Q: Do you have to order products through the web site?   No. We will be happy to take your order via phone, fax, mail, or email.

Q: Do I pay tax on my order?  No tax is charged to residents of any state other than Missouri.

Q: What is Genesis' liability?  Genesis Skateboarding and any representative(s) or organization(s) representing GenesisSkateboarding shall not be liable or responsible for any personal injuries or property damages that may result from any product purchased from Genesis Skateboarding.
